Two Main ABS Grades: General-purpose ABS & High-impact ABS

1. General-purpose ABS It delivers balanced rigidity, surface hardness and regular impact resistance, with stable melt flow and excellent surface finish. It is cost-effective and easy for post-processing like painting and plating. Suitable applications: Electronic device housings, home appliance shells, daily consumer goods, common structural parts and interior decorative components.

2. High-impact ABS Reinforced with butadiene component, this grade boasts greatly enhanced toughness and low-temperature impact resistance, effectively preventing breakage under strong impact or cold environments. Its rigidity is slightly lower than general-purpose type. Suitable applications: Automotive interior parts, luggage, sporting goods, industrial enclosures, outdoor equipment and products requiring strong anti-collision performance.

ABS has extremely extensive application coverage. In electronics and home appliances, it is used for TV, air conditioner and small appliance casings. In the automotive industry, it makes interior trims, instrument panels and auxiliary structural parts. It is also widely applied in toys, luggage, office supplies, plumbing accessories and industrial ordinary structural parts. In addition, recyclable ABS materials are available to meet global green and sustainable production requirements.
