Two Main PC+ABS Grades: General Grade & Flame Retardant Grade

  1. General PC+ABS Alloy It achieves an ideal balance of toughness, rigidity, heat resistance and moldability. Featuring smooth surface and excellent post-processing performance, it is cost-efficient for regular structural applications. Suitable applications: Consumer electronic housings, automotive interior trims, home appliance parts, office equipment casings and daily high-grade plastic components.

  2. Flame Retardant PC+ABS Formulated with effective flame retardant additives, this grade meets strict fire safety standards. It keeps outstanding impact resistance and processability while providing reliable fireproof performance. Suitable applications: Power device enclosures, electrical control boxes, charger casings, server accessories and other electronic components requiring flame resistance.

PC+ABS alloy covers a broad range of mid-to-high-end application scenarios. In electronic and electrical industry, it is widely used for notebook shells, display frames and various electrical enclosures. In automotive manufacturing, it serves for interior decorative parts, door panels and functional assemblies. It is also commonly applied in luggage, medical equipment shells and commercial facility components. Recycled PC+ABS materials are also available to comply with global eco-friendly and sustainable manufacturing standards.
