PE
HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) With high crystallinity and rigid molecular structure, HDPE brings high stiffness, great tensile strength, superior heat resistance and excellent chemical resistance, while its low-temperature toughness is moderate. Ideal applications: Hard plastic bottles, chemical barrels, water supply pipes, injection-molded crates, garbage bins, geomembranes and rigid industrial containers.
LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) Low crystallinity gives LDPE prominent softness, high transparency, good flexibility and great melt flowability. It features outstanding ductility and excellent sealing performance. Ideal applications: Transparent packaging films, squeeze tubes, plastic wraps, flexible packaging bags, insulating coatings and small flexible injection parts.
LLDPE (Linear Low Density Polyethylene) With linear molecular structure and evenly distributed short branches, LLDPE combines the flexibility of LDPE and the strength of HDPE, offering extraordinary puncture resistance, tear resistance and low-temperature impact performance. Ideal applications: Stretch wrap films, heavy-duty shipping bags, agricultural mulch films, modified blending materials, waterproof membranes and tough flexible packaging.
